Really excited and frankly relieved, to announce that the new album is finally mixed and off to get mastered. There’s then a bit of a wait until release, as it has to go out to manufacture and then press. We’re hoping for it to be available next February, both as download on Bandcamp, on CD and on the usual streaming platforms. There will be a separate announcement with more details later, but it features 11 songs, two of which have been previously released on Bandcamp – The Installation and Holding On.
In the meantime, Si has booked in a couple of acoustic gigs to fill the gap between now and the full band gigs we’ll be playing around the time of the album launch. They are:
Friday 21st November at The Triangle in Shipley – a Songwriter Showcase featuring Si, Kirsty Brannan and headlined by the great Dan McGlade. Doors open at 7pm and it’s pay as you feel.
Thursday 4th December at Northern Guitars Cafe in Leeds – where Dan is once again playing supporting Si. Doors are at 8pm and it’s pay as you feel.
Si will be playing a variety of songs from previous albums as well as a sneak preview of some of the newest tunes from the upcoming album. Feel free to share this with friends and online, and hope to see some of you there!
