…the band: not those of the phylum Cnidaria, but the incredible Californian baroque power-pop band from the 1990’s.
If you’re partial to some Beatles influenced guitar pop, then their albums, Bellybutton, and Spilt Milk are pretty much the pinnacle of genre. Go and seek out them out on YouTube and don’t be put off by their outlandish gear – it was a different time!
Anyway, they left a pretty big legacy and are revered in the power-pop community, so we’re over the moon to be included in this new documentary about bands who they influenced.
